In five words or less, how would
you describe your Weber
Shandwick colleagues?
Inspiring, ambitious, creative,
resourceful, passionate.
Describe Weber Shandwick’s
culture in three words:
Open, inclusive, creative.
What’s the coolest (or weirdest)
place a project has taken you?
physically, to a cool and vibrant city: Köln
What’s the best thing you’ve
ever seen happen inside the
Weber Shandwick offices?
Probably a cookie-baking
contest!
What’s the best piece of career
advice you’ve ever been given?
Strive for excellence in
all your work, no matter how
small the task. You never know
who might remember your
efforts years later.
Who inspires you and why?
My father: he does it all. He´s
loving and incredibly hard-
working. He always has a lot on
his plate but manages to put us
first.
What does the ‘Era of Earned’
mean to you?
To me it refers to the growing
importance of earned media and
authentic storytelling in public
relations and marketing
strategies.
What is the best thing you have
learnt since joining Weber
Shandwick?
The best thing I have learned
since joining WS is to “embrace
a growth mindset.” – to foster
curiosity and encourage
continuous learning.
What’s the best opportunity you
have had since joining Weber
Shandwick?
Getting to work with reputable
experts in the field and with
prominent tech clients.
Name something new you have
learnt since joining the agency,

How to register my working
hours in SAP!
Describe a typical day at Weber
Shandwick
Morning Kickoff
9 AM – I start the day with
coffee and team meetings to
align priorities, client updates,
campaigns, and technical
challenges.
Staying Up to Date & Exploring Trends
10 AM – 1 PM – I check emails
and explore PR and
communication trends for
client tasks, staying in
constant contact with them.
Lunch Break
1 PM – lunch with colleagues.
Client Tasks, Meetings &
Debriefing
2 PM – 6 PM – I complete
client tasks, collaborate with
colleagues, and debrief with
the team on progress and next
steps.
Continuous Learning
6 PM – On the commute
home, I unwind with music
and think about dinner.
If you were to use our mobility program offer Access All Areas, where would you travel to and why?
Probably to Tokyo, because I
truly appreciate their culture
and gastronomy, or to NYC,
because it’s one of the coolest
places on earth, everything
happens there! If I’d stay in
Europe, I would love to work
at the Madrid office, since that´s
where I studied and it´s a city
I hold very close to my heart.
Which of our company values do you most identify with and why?
As a PR Tech consultant, I
believe that staying curious is
essential in an industry that is
constantly evolving. It allows
me to stay informed about the
latest trends and technologies,
which in turn enables me to
provide the best possible
solutions for my clients.
Curiosity also fosters a growth
mindset, encouraging me to
continuously learn and adapt
to new challenges.
Nonetheless, I think all the
values are equally important;
without one of them,
something will always be
missing.
If your working day was made
into a Netflix episode, what
would it be called?
“Confessions of a PR Addict” or
“The PR Tech Tornado”
What do you like most about our
Munich office?
The best thing about our office
in Munich is the collaborative
and dynamic environment.
What makes our office great is
the people. And of course, the
coffee!
